Leadership encompasses many different aspects. Only a very few are able to master them all: agility and sustainability, self-guidance and efficiency, motivation and charisma, stress and resilience, vision and authenticity and many more. Aside from their regular tasks managers today must navigate the multiplicity of aspects associated with leadership. Leaders require orientation; especially when it comes to periods of change.

Learning objectives/content: In the seminar we guide participants through selected leadership concepts and evaluate these in light of the environment the participants are leading within. This process offers the participants insights into their own personality and the current challenges they face. They then learn how they can develop certain aspects of their personality and leadership skills to make an impact in their day-to-day work. Participants also benefit from the personal experiences of the seminar leader who has led multiple change projects and of course the other participants.

Target group: Middle management, entrepreneurs, program and project leaders in change processes
