The globally recognized PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is the de-facto standard for project managers. The certification proves that the holder has extensive and approved methodological project management skills. We have successfully prepared prospective project managers to pass the PMP exam since 2005. The modular structure of this seminar enables the participants to acquire extensive knowledge in manageable portions.
Learning objectives/content: Methodological know-how based on the current PMBOK® Guide which forms the basis for the exam. In line with the exam all project phases, processes and fields of knowledge are covered, including project scope management, time and cost management and much more.
