An interactive introductory seminar featuring content which can be directly implemented into the participants’ working practices. The seminar provides methodological know-how, applicable terminology, a number of practical tools and lots of exercises. Our trainers are PMI® and PRINCE2® certified and integrate their experience and skills gained managing major projects into the seminars.
Learning objectives/content: Based on the established PMI and PRINCE2 methods participants discover first-hand how to appropriately draw up programs and projects, incorporate requirements, plan and manage tasks, lead the project team and integrate stakeholders in the project.
Target group: Newcomers to the field of project management and participants of all levels who value practical input and key elements of globally recognized project management standards.
